Please Note During Our Closing Sale

If you need to cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. However, as our final sale orders are processed quickly, if a refund is required you will need to wait for your item to arrive and then return it to us following the process below.

How Returns Work

Starting your return

  2. Our team will check your eligibility and walk you through the next steps.
  3. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions directly via email.

Please do not send any returns without contacting us first, as our return address may vary depending on your order.

Getting Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued within 2–5 business days back to the payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Email AnnaMariePietercapetown@gmail.com within 30 days. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Cancelling an Order

Reach out to AnnaMariePietercapetown@gmail.com before your order enters processing and we'll take care of it. Once it's been picked and packed for shipment, we can't guarantee a cancellation.

Something Arrive Wrong or Damaged?

Take a photo and send it over to AnnaMariePietercapetown@gmail.com — we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Package Showing Delivered but Missing?

Don't panic. Contact us at AnnaMariePietercapetown@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll look into it.
